Read your business at a glance

Open Home and choose today, yesterday or a date range. Review collected volume, completed payments, the gateway breakdown and upcoming payouts. EUR summary figures help you compare; each payment keeps its original currency.

Follow live checkouts

See who reached checkout, who is completing their details and who purchased. Use the globe to locate visits and filters to focus on a shop or period. Locations are approximate, not delivery addresses.

Open an order and take action

  1. Open Orders & payments. Search by customer, email or reference and adjust the filters.
  2. Open details to see products, address, payments, membership and activity.
  3. Add the carrier, reference and link in Tracking. Save and check the result.
  4. If a payment fails, read the reason in its details before retrying. A created order is not yet a collected sale.

Order currency and EUR reporting

Customers pay in their Shopify cart currency. Atlas also displays a EUR equivalent in summaries. This does not change the charge. Always check the original amount and currency when reviewing a transaction or preparing a batch. If a membership applies, its price must support the purchase currency.

07 / 28

A customer’s complete history

In Customers, search for the person and open their profile. Review orders, payments, first purchase and memberships. A pending, trialling or cancelled membership is not a collected renewal. Open the related order for products and delivery details.

08 / 28

Manage memberships

Configure the price and recurrence in Stripe’s product catalog. In Atlas, select that price and a 0–28 day trial. The initial purchase, membership and batch charges are separate operations. Check status and the next date in Memberships.

Prepare a batch with confidence

  1. Choose the gateway, amount, currency and customers: all eligible customers or a first-successful-purchase date range.
  2. Select Simulate and review eligible customers and exclusions. Simulation does not charge.
  3. Set the interval between attempts. Review the summary before starting.
  4. Open a running batch for successful, failed and remaining customers and the next attempt. Pause, resume or stop as needed.

Connect your Shopify shop

  1. Open Shops & checkout → Add shop. Enter your public shop URL and internal Shopify domain.
  2. Copy the code Atlas generates for that shop. In Shopify’s published theme, paste it into layout/theme.liquid immediately before </body>.
  3. Save the theme, return to Atlas and check the script. You can continue after a successful check.
  4. Open your shop, add a product and proceed to checkout. Check images, names, quantities, discounts, currency and total.
11 / 28

Design your checkout

  1. Open your shop and select Design checkout. Start with mobile preview.
  2. Set your logo, colors, order summary and payment button. Choose whether to show the amount and icons.
  3. Add reviews, trust blocks, a countdown or HTML blocks. Order the blocks and keep what helps shoppers.
  4. Review shipping, text and language versions. Save the draft and publish when ready.
Pre-launch checks →
12 / 28

Keep shipping options clear

In shop settings, add the name, price and description of each shipping method. The description is optional. Check each option in mobile checkout. Shipping prices are simple: there are no country-specific shipping rules.

13 / 28

Connect a domain and Stripe

  1. In Stripe gateways, add a gateway and its checkout domain, such as checkout.yourshop.com.
  2. At your domain provider, create the A record shown by Atlas: name checkout, value the IP displayed in the wizard.
  3. Return to the wizard and check the domain. Continue when it is ready.
  4. Enter Stripe keys in the wizard fields, select a membership if needed and save. Do not share your secret key by email or chat.
  5. Activate the gateway and add it to payment routing.

Choose how to distribute purchases

ModeHow it works
Sequential by volumeAll new traffic goes to the current gateway until its completed-order quota is reached, then moves to the next.
WeightedDistributes new assignments according to each gateway’s weight. There is no fixed order or guaranteed exact ratio over a small number of purchases.

An initiated checkout keeps its assigned gateway. Changing routing or disabling a gateway for new purchases does not move checkouts already open.

Separate sales from money received

Bank payouts shows transfers to your bank account. Check amount, currency, status and expected date. Sales, available balance and payouts are different figures. An estimated date can change; review details before relying on those funds.

Balances and planning →
16 / 28

Create a discount code

Open Discounts, create the code and set its type, amount and available conditions. Review dates and shop before enabling it. Check it in checkout and confirm the discount and final total.

17 / 28

Offer a complementary product

In Upsells, choose the shop and placement: during checkout or after purchase. Add the product, price, image and copy. Review mobile preview and enable the offer when ready. An accepted post-purchase offer can create an additional charge; make this clear to the shopper.

18 / 28

Check Meta before advertising

Configure and activate the shop pixel in Pixels & events. With measurement permission handled by your shop, Atlas sends InitiateCheckout on checkout entry and Purchase when payment is confirmed. A second acceptance control in Atlas is not required. Reloading should not count as another purchase.

Meta setup and event verification →
19 / 28

Connect email delivery

Open Email & automations → Configure delivery. Connect Resend, verify the sending domain and assign that sender to your shop. Verify delivery with a test email to your own inbox.

Set up the provider and sender →
20 / 28

Your emails, your design

Paste your HTML, use Atlas tags and review the result with sample data. New automations are disabled by default. Choose the event, shop, delays and templates; enable them after checking delivery.

Receive the alerts that matter

Connect your own bot in Telegram bot. Choose which events to receive, confirm the destination chat and send a test. Notifications include links back to the transaction in Atlas.

Resolve what needs attention

Open Needs attention to prioritize issues. Review the details, timestamp and related transaction. The Activity log helps you understand what happened. Reading an alert does not resolve a decline, dispute or Stripe requirement.

23 / 28

Invite your team

Each person must register, configure an authenticator and receive approval. An organization administrator can then invite them from Settings. Choose Read only, Operations or Administrator for their responsibilities, and share the invitation link through your usual channel.

24 / 28

Review before importing customers

In Settings, open Import customers and prepare a preview. Review matches and warnings before confirming. Importing customers does not initiate charges or create memberships automatically. Check records carefully before combining information from different gateways or shops.

25 / 28

Billing for your Atlas account

Billing refers to your Atlas account, not invoices, receipts or payouts for your sales. If the section shows pending or unavailable information, check with the Atlas team before assuming a fee.

26 / 28

Your five-minute daily review

  1. Check the Home date range and volume by gateway.
  2. Review failed payments, pending memberships and running batches.
  3. Check Gateway health and upcoming payouts.
  4. Review email delivery and pixel events.
  5. Resolve issues and save configuration changes.
27 / 28

Quick answers

Can checkout open without a gateway? It can open, but will say that the shop is not accepting payments right now.
Can I always charge a saved card? No: authorization is required and the bank may decline or request verification.
Why is Apple Pay missing? Availability depends on the device, browser, wallet and gateway configuration.
Does a risk alert predict a hold? No. It helps you review signals; it cannot guarantee Stripe decisions.
