/newbot. Follow the instructions to choose its name and username. - Copy Telegram’s token and save it only in Atlas → Telegram bot.
- Open your new bot and start a conversation. Complete the binding instructions shown in Atlas.
- Check the destination chat name and confirm it. Send a test notification.
Choose what deserves an alert
Choose available events such as sales, membership changes, batches, payouts, disputes or account issues. Start with events that require action and add others as needed. Review digest and quiet options to avoid unnecessary notifications.
Fictional data. This example does not change your account.
Choose what appears in Telegram
Review privacy options before enabling notifications. Use a chat accessible only to the right people. Atlas links require appropriate access; a notification should not become a way to share private information with outsiders.
If a message does not arrive
- Check that the bot is connected and not paused.
- Confirm you started the conversation and bound the correct chat.
- Check that the event is enabled and not affected by a quiet period.
- Open history for status and any failure reason, then send another test.
Sounds and notifications inside Atlas
In Settings, open sale notifications. Choose a sound and volume and test them before leaving them enabled. The browser may require an initial interaction to play audio. Adjust personal settings when joining a call or sharing your screen.
Check service status
If Atlas or checkout does not respond, check status.atlasmrr.com. Tell the team the shop, time and failed steps. For a payment with a pending outcome, check its status before repeating it.
