Check when data was updated

Check the last update and any incomplete information. An unavailable figure is not zero. Refresh the account when you need recent information. If a source remains pending, base decisions on confirmed information.

Interpret alerts in context

Read the signal, analysis period and explanation. Increased declines, refunds or disputes may call for a review of your offer, deliveries or customer support. Check pending Stripe requirements. Expand the complete analysis when you need details behind a figure.

What each balance means

Try a scenario before deciding

  1. Open Revenue planning and select the gateway.
  2. Choose a horizon and review the available assumptions: sales, refunds, disputes, reserves or expenses.
  3. Calculate the scenario and review estimated ending balance, minimum balance and first shortfall date.
  4. Expand assumptions and calendar to understand the result. Change one variable and compare before deciding.

A forecast is not a payout

The planner does not move money, change routing or alter Stripe terms. Results depend on assumptions and available information. Use Bank payouts for actual transfers, and recalculate when conditions change.
