What Live view shows
The view brings together visitors, checkout progress and completed purchases. Select a shop or period and follow activity without manually reloading. Counts can change while you watch: a visitor can leave and return.

A customer entering details has not purchased yet. Open the order and check its payment status to confirm collection.
Explore the globe
Drag to rotate the globe and zoom to see an area. Points show approximate visitor locations. A location can represent a region rather than the exact city. Use the address saved on the order for deliveries.
If no visits appear
- Check that you selected the right shop and period.
- Open checkout from the published shop and wait for the next update.
- Check that the shop is connected and checkout loads.
- If it remains empty, check Atlas’s public status and share the shop, time and steps with the team.
Combine it with alerts
Enable alerts and sounds to hear about new sales while you work. Set the volume and test the sound in settings. The browser or device may limit playback until you interact with the page.
