Make your workspace yours

Open Tools in the top bar. On mobile, look for the grid button. Jump to an operation, personalize your workspace or find help without working through the menu.

Start with Needs attention.

Review operations that need a decision. Open the case, check what happened and act from its details. This is not a team task list.

  • Search all of Atlas: use ⌘ K or Ctrl K to find orders, customers and sections.
  • Favorites: use the star beside a section title to keep it handy in the menu.
  • Appearance & alerts: choose light or dark theme, density, sounds and notifications.
  • Privacy: hide the data recognized by privacy mode when sharing your screen. Always review what is visible before sharing.
  • Focus: mute notifications for an hour. Use the same control to enable them again sooner.

Keep useful filters ready

In orders, customers, subscriptions, payouts or batches, prepare filters you use often. Open Tools → Save my filters and give the view a clear name, such as Orders awaiting shipment.

Team views lets you access and share filters with people in the same organization. Views belong to the section and environment in which they were saved. Your permissions still control which records you can see.

Orders to ship and Failed payments open useful views directly. Check the active filters before interpreting their results.

Keep context beside the order or customer

  1. 1Open an order or customer and choose Internal notes.
  2. 2Write the context your team needs, up to 8,000 characters. For example: “Customer requests afternoon delivery; address checked.”
  3. 3Select Save note. The note appears with its author and date.
These notes are internal.

Your organization can see them. They are never sent to the customer. Do not include passwords, private keys or card numbers.

If your role permits, you can edit your notes. Administrators can also manage them. Delete asks for confirmation and removes only the note; it does not change the order or customer. Read-only accounts can view notes but cannot add them.

Use Back to details to return to the record. Use Previous and Next when there are more notes.

Telegram, with just the right detail

First connect and bind your bot. Then open Telegram → Notification profiles, or use Tools.

ProfileIncluded notificationsFrequency
Only the essentialsErrors, authentication requests, disputes and service issues.Immediate
Sales & oversightSales, subscription changes, batches, payouts and incidents.Immediate
Quiet digestThe same sales and incident events, grouped together.Every 15 minutes

Choose a bot and review the exact event list. Changes are saved only when you select Apply this profile. All three profiles use batch summaries.

Your existing preferences stay in place.

The recipient, shops, gateways, minimum amount, schedules, daily digest and bot consultations are preserved. A paused bot stays paused. Applying a profile does not send a test message.

Filters and schedules still apply: “immediate” does not override quiet hours. To customize individual events again, open Configure on the connection. The profile does not send previous sales.

Work comfortably on mobile

Wide tables scroll horizontally inside their cards. On a computer, focus the table with Tab and use the left and right arrows. Action buttons still belong to their own row.

When a form fails, check the message next to the action. In Notes, Retry reloads the content without deleting saved notes. On the sign-in screen, Show lets you check the password you typed; select Hide to mask it again.

Esc closes the current panel. Save any changes you want to keep before closing a form.

Give support useful information

  1. 1Open Tools → Support diagnostic from the section where you have a problem.
  2. 2Review the preview. It includes section, environment, language, theme, browser connection, screen size and loaded record counts.
  3. 3Select Download JSON and share it through your usual support channel, with the time and steps needed to reproduce the issue.

It excludes customer details, amounts, passwords, keys, private links and error contents. Nothing is sent automatically. Counts refer to records loaded in your browser, not your whole business.

Browser connectivity does not check the server.

For a possible outage, check Atlas status. If a payment is pending, review its outcome before trying again.
