Your business. The right period.

Choose dates, combine shops and gateways, and understand exactly which figures you are comparing.

Prepare your overview in one step

In Home, open Selected period, Shops, Gateways or Compare with. All four controls open the same window, at the section you need.

  1. Choose a quick range or select the first and last date in the calendar.
  2. Select the shops and gateways you want to combine. Decide whether to compare with the previous period.
  3. Review your selection and choose Apply filters. Atlas loads the result and saves your selection.
Your overview stays unchanged while you choose.

Cancel, the X or Esc discards pending changes. If loading fails, the window shows an error and keeps your proposed selection so you can try again.

Choose dates with confidence

Dates use the Europe/Madrid time zone. Both the first and last day are included. Today contains payments confirmed up to the time of the query.

RangeWhat it includes
TodayFrom the beginning of the current day.
YesterdayThe entire previous day.
Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 180 daysThat number of calendar days, including today.
This weekFrom Monday through today.
This monthFrom the first day of the month through today.
Last monthThe entire previous calendar month.
This yearFrom 1 January through today.

For example, if today is 21 October, Last 7 days covers 15 to 21 October. It does not mean seven complete days before today.

For a custom range, select the first and then the last day, or enter From and To. The maximum is 366 days, including both ends. Correct reversed dates or an oversized range before applying.

Combine shops and gateways

You can select several shops and several gateways. Atlas shows payments that belong to one of the selected shops and one of the selected gateways.

Example: two shops, one gateway.

Select “North Shop” and “South Shop”, then “Main”. You will see payments from either shop that went through Main. Payments through other gateways are excluded.

  • All (including new ones) leaves that group unrestricted. Shops or gateways you add later will also be included.
  • Search helps you find a name. Searching does not deselect checked items that become hidden by the search.
  • You can choose up to 100 specific shops and 100 specific gateways. Use All to view the entire group without that selection limit.
  • Clear shops and gateways returns both groups to All, keeping your period and comparison.

If the combination has no payments, you will see an empty result. Check the period, shops and gateways before assuming a sale is missing. An old selection that is no longer available is labelled so you can remove it.

Compare equivalent periods

Enable Compare with the previous period to see the change in payment volume using the same shop and gateway filters.

  • Today: compared with yesterday up to the same time in Madrid. At 14:30, an incomplete day is not compared with the entire previous day.
  • A past day: compared with the entire preceding day.
  • Several days: compared with the same number of immediately preceding days. A seven-day range is compared with the previous seven days.

If a multi-day range includes today, today is still in progress; the previous period may contain complete days. Keep this in mind when interpreting the difference.

Turn the switch off to show No comparison. When the previous period has no payment volume, Atlas does not invent a percentage: it may show No comparable period.

05 / 06

Separate the period from what is happening now

Payment volume, completed payments, net revenue, average payment, charts, gateway distribution and latest activity follow the selected period and filters. Latest activity shows up to five completed payments from that period, which may not be the newest payments across your whole business.

SectionHow to read it
Payment volumeThe amount of completed payments, including purchases, subscriptions and batches.
Net revenueVolume minus refunds and known fees. It is labelled estimated when fees are missing. It does not equal the funds already deposited into your bank.
Right nowCurrently active visitors for the selected shops and gateways. It does not reconstruct visitors from a past period.
Health and next payoutCurrent organization information. Changing dates does not rewind it, and it does not represent only the selected shops or gateways.

Reports are unified in EUR. Charges keep the original Shopify currency: changing dates or viewing the overview does not change what the customer pays. Euro conversions are reference equivalents.

If the normalized total is incomplete, a conversion is missing.

Review that notice before treating the EUR total as final. An expected payout date or amount may change; open its detail to check the status.

Return to your view, including on mobile

Filters are remembered in this browser for each user, organization and environment. Reloading keeps your selection. Switching organizations restores that organization's selection. If you have access to more than one environment, each keeps its own filters.

Quick ranges move with the date: Today still means today when you return tomorrow. Custom ranges keep the exact dates you chose. This preference does not change anyone else's filters or automatically sync to other devices.

If your browser prevents preferences from being saved, you will see Filters saved for this session only. Clearing browser data means you will need to choose them again.

On mobile

The window opens from the bottom. Scroll its contents to choose dates, shops or gateways; Apply filters and Cancel stay at the bottom of the window.

With a keyboard

Use Tab to move between controls and the arrow keys to move between calendar days. Esc closes without applying. After applying, focus returns to the control that opened the window.

To organize other sections and save working views, read Your filters, ready for next time.
